Shots from Sicily
Back to Sicily for the Christmas holidays.
I am happy and also pretty sad every time I come back here.
My city, Palermo, is getting more chaotic every time I come back, I see things I do not want to see and it looks like that my family and friends living here, just accept everything as it is.
On the other hand there are super beautiful places here… an horrible bittersweet sensation every time. In any case, enjoy the shots

Cloud City
The photo (for a change) was taken just before the landing to Frankfurt. It made me think of Star Wars, I think is the ‘Empire strikes back’, when they go to that city in the clouds…
Note for myself: Have the camera always with me IS a good idea.

Brussels Airport
I have been in the Brussels airport a lot lately. As you may have seen from my infrequent posts, lot of shots are taken on or near a plane. This is normal since most I the time I kind of look at the world outside me while I am travelling. Is the moment I am forced to look around and breath for a while.
This shot was taken with my Powershot S95. I love this camera, but probably I did not give enough love to it (actually it is an her). I have been taking lot of shots my phone and while quality is not bad, it is still not comparable to an actual camera.
Stay tuned, I will try to put more photos in the future and be a little bit more frequent with my updates.

In case you are wondering .. yes it feels like I am living in an airplane.
Anyway, shot taken just before boarding on my last flight to Brussels. There was this strange, strange atmosphere typical to airports in the night. Like your are in some sort of Sci-Fi alien base. I tried to do some shots just to capture this feeling.
